Shipping policy
- All items ship via USPS with tracking information (or Globalpost for some international orders).
The Bug Box is shipped in batches several times per month; please allow up to 3 weeks, but usually much less, for shipping.
Please allow 1-3 business days for all other items to be packaged before shipping. Actual ship travel times vary depending your selected service, holidays, weather, etc.
For items in pre-production, please refer to the item's page for approximate ship dates. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, it will ship when all items are ready.
Orders under $50
For one-time orders under $50 or orders containing any subscription product priced under $50, we offer:
- $4 first-class shipping and $9 Priority shipping within the United States.
- International shipping is calculated based on weight and country, and comes with tracking.
Orders $50 and up
For one-time orders over $50 that do not contain a subscription product under $50, we offer:
- Free first-class or $5 Priority shipping in the US
- International shipping is calculated based on weight and country, and comes with tracking.
Packages returned undeliverable:
The buyer is responsible for entering a correct address at checkout. We are not responsible for lost or misdelivered orders due to an incorrect address being entered.
If your package has an incorrect address and was returned to us, you can choose from the following options:
- Order a replacement label with a new address ($1 handling + shipping)
- Ask us to bundle your returned order with a future order (no cost, but confirm your address with us)
- Ask for a refund, minus the original shipping cost and a 10% restocking fee.
